We recommend using the Support option within your game. This option may be under the Help tab (eg, FarmVille, Zynga Poker, CastleVille etc.) or below the game frame (eg, FarmVille). Clicking this option takes you to our support site while also collecting your Facebook information, which we need to assist you. Once on the support site, select your game and click on the Get Help button.
